1966 FOOTBALL TEAM YEAR OF INDUCTION: 2006 The gridiron powerhouse of the mid-60’s finished with a 9-0 record, making it the lone Group IV team in New Jersey to go undefeated and untied that year. It became the first Steinert football team to post a winning record, and remains the only football team in SHS history to go undefeated.
