There are two ways in which you can nominate an individual or team for the Steinert Athletic Hall of Fame.
You can download one of the forms using the appropriate link below or you can complete our online nomination form. Please be sure to review the eligibilty requirements prior to submitting your nomination.

Eligibility for Athlete
 |
Eligibility begins the 7th year after the nominee graduates from Steinert High School. |
|
Selection will be based on the athletic accomplishments that positively impacted on the Steinert High School community. |
|
Athlete nominated must have earned at least one varsity letter at Steinert High School and excelled in at least one sport during his or her career. |

Eligibility for Team
|
Eligibility begins 7 years after completion of the relevant season. |
|
Team must have had an extraordinarily successful season. |
|
Selection of nominee will be based on the accomplishments that positively impacted the Steinert High School community. |

|
Eligibility begins the 2nd year after retiring from coaching. |
|
A minimum of 5 years of coaching service at Steinert High School. |
|
Selection of nominee will be based on the accomplishments that positively impacted the Steinert High School community. |

Eligibility for Special Contributor
|
Admission to the Hall of Fame will be based on the individual's contribution, dedication and support, or improvement to the athletic programs and environment at Steinert High School. |

Any Steinert High School graduate who achieved athletic success at a higher level (i.e., college, Olympics, etc.) |
